Personal growth is the process of responding positively to change. It involves risk as you step from your comfortable zone to your uncomfortable zone. Personal growth most times feel awkward and normally does not feel good.
To ensure maximize growth potential all you have to do is focus on your activity. Your willingness to find strength and focus on your vision will propel your growth. The change must occur first in your mindset. Changing your mindset from previous negative conditioning will require continuous effort and struggle. That voice that we all have at times that tell us what we can and can not do will have constant dialogue in our subconscious mind. Remember, there will be no development without effort.
Challenges and obstacles are common denominator of living the life you deserve. Success is not obtained without trails and failures, they shape who we are. They are the platform and great equalizer of life. Your trials, your wins, your sorrows and your disappointments will shape your success. Your desire to win will define who you will become.
When face with the fork in the road of good or bad fortune, consider the road less travelled, however if you discover you have stumble down the road of misfortune, your job it to find meaning in the experience and to transform it into something of value. This is that it factor that success people posses, some might call it the "Midas Touch", it appears that success just happen to them, that nothing breaks them, they always end up on top, they make it look so easy to win, one reason for this result is "They make it happen, no excuses, no quitting, they are driven, focused, and relentless nothing will stand in their way, and they PRACTICE, "They are BEASTS about what they want", what about you?
Remember it's more important to control your reaction to what is happening than what is actually occurring. Remember successful people are not without challenges what makes them successful is how they respond to the challenges. Often times the biggest demoninator for successful people often times is not what they do but rather what do not do that defines their success.
