Be Non-negotiable with Your Time

Success comes when one acknowledges the value of time, happiness and having a BIG vision! Are you living your dreams? Are you following your passions in life and business? It's possible, so let's begin with your S.M.A.R.T(Specific, Measurable,Achievable,Risk/Realistic, Time limit) Goal!
Break it down into manageable increments of time; time can not be saved it only can be spent. Considerate working in intervals and using a stop watch that counts down, it amazing how productive I have been since I started this process. I also began to prioritize my projects and I have become non-negotiable regarding my time, and I am relentless with my focus. It is important to know where and with whom you are spending your time. Once I embodied this concept into my day to day management of my business I felt the tension in my neck subsided. I feel awesome, empowered, and productive!
Don't allow dream stealers and negative endorsers to steal your joy. Reclaim your power and control your time. Teach those in your circle how to communicate and when to communicate with you. This is not easy but you have to work at it, eventually people will understand you have a schedule and you will not continue to put out everyone else's fires, crisis, and lack of planning on their part situations. Over time you will find these situation will be eliminated.
Here's a concept to implement imediately, consider this: when you are called to assist someone with their emergency ask them did you know this was going to happen or that you were going to need my help, you did not intentionally drop this on my plate did you,and in most cases they will say no, and more than likely they are just accustomed to you fixing their problems. However, after asking these powerful questions the opportunity will surface to redirect their behavior and simply by saying " In the future is their a better way this could have been handled, I want to be there to help you but I will not be able to put out your next fire if you have not included me in the decision making process so reach out to me in advance so I can be there for you. Wow! I am telling you when I started using this model, it blew my mind how receptive others were to this because guess what they want my help, and I am good at what I do which is trouble shooting and solving problems. I love to help but I do not enjoy stress or a lack of planning. I want to be proactive and make those around me better. How about you?
Therefore, let's recap, here are my suggestions to a more productive, efficient, and non-negotiable schedule:

1. Teach and Show others how to communicate and when to communicate with you

2. Work in Internals(Take a break) and then go back to the project

3. Create your SMART (Specific, Measurable,Achievable,Risk/Realistic, Time limit)Goals to prioritize your day

Remember, you are the Master of your reality and your time, so control it because you are worth it.
