Here's an Idea!

There are many followers and not enough leaders, do you agree or disagree, that is the question? However, let's consider this idea, to be an awesome leader you must master how to follow.
This concept caused me to ponder yet another thought, when you have an awesome idea or plan and you do not execute the concept and you wait until everyone else believes it's a good idea, I believe your window of opportunity at times can be missed. At times fear will cripple us from moving forward but I believe the need for acceptance and validation often are the major players in hindering ideas to be put into action. In addition, I believe we often seek advice(follow) individual whom have no knowledge, background, or experience in the area in question or they have a pessimistic spirit. Therefore, they can not properly give their opinion or prediction as to whether or not the idea will be successful.
Here's another thought to consider, think about this:when you buy into one's opinion you buy into their lifestyle, WOW, what a concept! Therefore, we should consider who are we following and who are we listening to. Become a master follower by following individuals who are doing what you seek to do. I discover this idea regarding the idea of learning, to learn all one has to do is find someone/something(person,place or thing) who knows how to do whatever is to be learned, ask them how to do it(teach) and do what is instructed(practice/take action), sounds simple right? However, consider all your learning experiences and indeed that is how most of us learn new things, therefore you would not go to a doctor to ask him how to fix your, that would be crazy right, so why do we seek advice from the wrong advisor on topics they have no interest nor knowledge in?
Therefore, when you discover an idea that you are passion about the next step is to allow yourself to seek guidance(follow) but also you must take action(lead) to capitalize on the window of opportunity to carry forth the idea.
Keep in mind it is important to crave out time to think and create.(Practice)
Here's another thought: The dismay of our economy is actually fueling entrepreneurship and creative ideas that would have otherwise be dormant. I believe blessings and opportunities are often disguise as bad news. Take heed and capitalize on this opportunity to explore alternative ideas. I think the state of our economy has open the door to an awesome time in history and the window of opportunity is wide open, those who find ourselves able to create and execute ideas are going to be the next wave of wealth creators. We are the master's of our lives and now time is better then the presence to make it happen. Remember opportunities are never missed they are only passed on the next individual waiting!
Remember there will never be a perfect time to get started, don't wait, and act now!
